DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Shipping your package
Packages are shipped within a maximum of 2 days after receipt of payment for your order. They are shipped by Colissimo with signature which implies a tracking number for your order.
The normal delivery time by Colissimo is 2/3 working days.
Packages can also be shipped via another faster carrier in the event of an urgent need to receive the order. In this case, please contact us before choosing this delivery method because it incurs additional costs and we want to optimize your transport budget as much as possible.
Whatever delivery method you choose, we'll send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed and the transport costs are free from 150 euros of purchase including tax. For purchases of less than this amount, a fixed rate of 8.90 euros including tax applies to the amount of the order. We recommend that you group all your items in one order in order to maximize your shipping costs as we cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping costs apply to each of them.
Your package is shipped at your own risk.
The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
Return of one or more items
Upon receipt of your order, we take care to contact you to confirm that the items ordered in the sizes selected are the ones you need. We do this for your 100% satisfaction upon receipt of your order. We also limit returns and the inconvenience for you of having to manage the return of one or more items.
In the event that this must unfortunately still be the case, nothing could be simpler: you send us a message with the reason for your return and we send you a Colissimo return slip with tracking. All you have to do is reuse the same packaging that you received for your order, stick the return slip on it and bring it to the post office to be flashed. Upon receipt of the returned package and once we have verified that the returned item (s) have only been worn for fitting, that they are received in the same new condition as you received them and stored, packaged with care in their original packaging, we will reimburse you immediately.
